Make a beef broth by placing the beef, onion, carrot, garlic, tomato, celery, salt and black pepper in a pressure cooker
Let it cook until the beef is tender
Remove the beef and shred it
Add the bell peppers and broccoli to the broth and let it cook until they are tender
