Sauté the onion in olive oil, add the diced ham, a little flour, and, with the broth and milk, make a fine sauce
Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and add to the sauce made and let it cook until soft
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped chives
Serve with radish or lettuce salad.
