Set aside
In a large microwave-safe dish, place 3 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
Cover and cook in high power for four minutes or until the onion is tender
Add the chicken and parsley
Cover and cook in high power for 13 minutes, stirring halfway through
Set aside
In a medium-sized microwave-safe dish, combine the remaining butter and sliced bananas
Cook in high power for five minutes or until the banana is tender
Serve the chicken covered with this sauce.
