1 tender ham without bone
Stuffing:
8 cups of breadcrumbs
4 cups of chopped parsley
4 packets of beef broth
8 eggs
Sauce:
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of ketchup
2 cups of vinegar
3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
1 tender ham without bone
Stuffing:

Cut the ham into 1 cm thick vertical slices
Blend the stuffing ingredients in a blender
Distribute the stuffing among the slices and apply a string, lengthwise, to prevent the slices from opening up
Place in a baking dish
Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the top
Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 1 hour, basting with the sauce occasionally
Remove from the oven, remove the string and place on a platter, basting with the remaining sauce from the baking dish
