Dough
3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 and 1/4 cup of Primor butter
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of onion cream
4 tablespoons of half-and-half cream
Filling
2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 finely chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, mashed
1 tablespoon of Primor butter
500g of shrimp without shell and clean
1 cup of cooked and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of dendê oil
2 beaten eggs
250g of grated Parmesan cheese
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Chopped parsley to taste

Dough
Combine all the ingredients, mix well and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Open the dough and line a removable-bottom form
Filling
Sauté the onion, garlic, and butter in olive oil
Add the shrimp, potato, coconut milk, and mix well
Add the dendê oil, salt, and black pepper
Turn off the heat, add the chopped parsley, beaten eggs, and mix well
Let it cool
Pour over the dough and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
