Pound the beef tenderly
Season with garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste
Dip the beef in the egg and then coat with breadcrumb
Place on a well-greased baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes, or until cooked through
Flip the beef halfway through
Serve hot.
