Fry the steaks in a hot skillet with a little oil
Melt the butter; when it starts to brown, add the steaks and let them cook for a bit
Remove the meat and place it on a warmed platter
Add the mushrooms and wine
Let it simmer for a few minutes
Place 1 tablespoon of sauce over each steak
Serving suggestions: serve with roasted tomatoes, fried potatoes, and ham rolls filled with egg threads.
