1.5 lbs of ribeye, cut into thick slices (about 2 1/2 inches)

1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
8 tablespoons of whiskey
1/4 cup of catchup

Trim all the fat from the meat
In a non-stick skillet, sear the meat on both sides for about 5 minutes
Remove and reserve
In the same skillet, mix in the butter or margarine, chopped ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste
Heat it up and let it simmer
Add the beef slices and drizzle the whiskey on top
Light it up and flambe
When the flame goes out, remove the meat and arrange it on a heated platter
Add the catchup to the sauce and stir well
Spoon it over the meat
Serve 6 portions.
