1 onion

1 tomato, peeled and seeded, diced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
200g of ground beef
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 cooked egg, diced
10 pitted black olives, diced
1/4 cup of pre-made pastry dough
Oil for frying

Sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato in olive oil
Add the beef and cook until all liquid is gone
Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat
Add the parsley, egg, and olives, mixing well
Let it cool and fill the pastry dough
Cut into half-moon shapes using a cookie cutter and press edges closed with a fork
Fry in hot oil
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately
