6 slices of bread form without crust
12 thin slices of lean prosciutto
12 slices of 1/2 centimeter camembert cheese
6 firm figs, washed and peeled, cut into slices
6 tablespoons of honey

Preheat the oven to high temperature
Cook the bread on a baking sheet
Cover each slice with 2 pieces of cheese and 2 slices of prosciutto
Bake for 2 minutes
Remove and distribute the figs over the bread, drizzling each piece with 1 tablespoon of honey
Return to the oven for another minute and serve immediately as a snack, simple starter or accompaniment to a green salad.
