First variation: Sear the crab in a little olive oil
Season with salt and pepper
Mince the crab into small pieces and mix it with the mashed fresh cheese using a fork
Pickle the green olives and add them to the previous preparation
Spread abundantly on toasted bread slices
Second variation: Use canned sardines without bones
Mix them together with chopped small onions and mayonnaise, until you get a very homogeneous mixture
Spread in thin layers on toasted bread slices
Garnish with a whole fried crab and some green olives
Third variation: Instead of mayonnaise, it's possible to prepare the sandwiches from the second variation, with fresh cheese well mashed with the fork.
