16 to 20 large okra pods
Gorgonzola filling:
mayonnaise
4 tablespoons of grated Gorgonzola cheese
1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
Tuna and mayonnaise filling:
1 can of tuna (130g)
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
16 to 20 large okra pods
Gorgonzola filling:

Soak the okra pods in boiling water for 1 minute
Drain and rinse with cold water, then pat dry
Split each pod from top to bottom
Fill with one of the fillings
For the fillings, mix all ingredients well together
Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling in each okra pod
If desired, garnish with tomato strips
Serve for 8 people.
