4 mignon beef fillets
4 cold pear halves
150g Roquefort cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat the oven
Drain the pears well
Fry the steaks for 1 minute per side
Remove to a serving dish
Place a half pear on top of each steak
Distribute the cheese evenly over the steaks
Put in a hot oven until the cheese melts
When serving, garnish with parsley.
