Mix the sesame seeds, yeast, lime rind, sesame seed groats, and wheat flour
Add the eggs and knead the mixture energetically
Place spoonfuls (1/2 tablespoon) into a greased baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven (170°C)
Bake for about 15 minutes
Let cool for about 50 crackers.
