200 g of dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup of milk (120 ml)
1/4 cup of room-temperature butter (50 g)
1/3 cup of sugar (60 g)
3 lightly beaten eggs
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour (30 g)
4 small scoops of whipped cream (200 g) to serve alongside

In a 20 cm diameter bowl, mix together the chocolate and milk
Place in a high-powered oven for 3 minutes or until the chocolate melts
Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until smooth
Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until the mixture is creamy at the center and firm at the edges
Let it cool and serve alongside whipped cream
