1 tablespoon of cold water
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of fine oats
1 cup of shredded coconut
1 cup of gummy balls, cut into small pieces
1 cup of butter or vegetable oil

Cream the butter with the sugar
Beat the eggs, add vanilla extract and baking soda dissolved in water
Mix the egg mixture with the creamed butter and oatmeal
Sift the flour with yeast and salt and add to the cream mixture
Add the remaining ingredients
Form small balls and place them on a well-greased baking sheet and bake in a medium oven for 12 minutes
Coat with confectioner's sugar.
