1 cup rolled oats (or All Bran)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons of honey
1 and 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup raisins
Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
1 cup rolled oats (or All Bran)

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl
Place the dough in 6 muffin tin cups or microwave-safe containers greased with butter (do not leave more than half of the cup)
Cook in the microwave on high for 4 and 1/2 minutes
Unmold and serve warm or at room temperature
Yields 6 units
