Basic sweet panetone dough.
Filling:
300 g of milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup of whole milk
6 cans of condensed milk
6 tablespoons of unsalted butter
300 g of shredded coconut.
Topping:
300 g of milk chocolate chips, chopped
9 tablespoons of heavy cream
6 tablespoons of shredded coconut

Combine the chocolate chips with the prepared dough as indicated in the basic sweet panetone recipe
In a saucepan, combine the milk, condensed milk, butter, and shredded coconut
Heat over low, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens slightly
Topping:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix with heavy cream
Assembly:
Cut the panetone in half once it's cooled and spread the filling to form a high layer
Close with the other half, then top with the topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
