1/4 cup of confectioners' sugar
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of chopped pecans

Melt the butter or margarine with the confectioners' sugar
Mix well
Add the cup of flour and mix until a dough forms
Press the dough into an 18cm x 27cm baking dish and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract
Add to the dough, mixing well
Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth
Fold in the flour, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans
Mix well
Spread the mixture over the dough in the baking dish and bake for another 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let cool and cut into squares or shapes.
