1 cup of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Beat the butter (or margarine) and sugar
Add the egg and horteléa
Mix well
Mix the flours and baking powder
Sift
Add to the previous mixture and mix well
Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 10 minutes
Let cool for about 24 hours.
