Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a bowl, sift together the flour, wheat flour, baking powder, and salt
Add in the margarine, orange juice, shreds of orange peel, and egg
Mix until smooth
Mold the dough into a roll on a floured surface and cut out diamond-shaped biscuits
Lay them out on an anti-stick baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and set aside
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and remove it from the heat
Mix with a spoon until warm and pour into a confection bag
Make designs on the biscuits and let them dry.
