1 In a saucepan, combine the rice with the milk, lime zest, and vanilla drops
Bring to a boil over medium heat
2 Reduce the heat and cook until the rice is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed
Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon of adonate
Let it cool down
3 Peel the strawberry, brush with two tablespoons of lime juice, and place in a saucepan
Cover with cold water and cook until the fruit is soft but still firm
Add the orange and simmer for three minutes without stirring
Remove from heat, add the remaining adonate, and stir gently
4 Refrigerate for an hour
Meanwhile, combine the cooked rice with the yogurt and refrigerate for an hour
Assemble layers of rice alternating with cooked fruit and serve decorated with lime zest.
