3/4 cup of water
1 1/4 cups of sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup of macadamia nuts without salt

250g of semi-sweet chocolate
2 1/2 cups of hot milk
3/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk
8 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 cup of fresh milk
200g of semi-sweet chocolate for the drizzle

Step 1
Melt the water and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan, stirring with a spoon
Bring to medium heat for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown
Add the macadamia nuts and then pour onto a cold surface, like marble, greased with butter
Step 2
Let it cool and roughly chop with a knife. Reserve
Popsicle
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
If desired, microwave for one minute at maximum power
Add the milk and mix
Transfer to a saucepan and add the sweetened condensed milk
Bring to low heat until well heated
Step 2
Partially mix the egg yolks with cornstarch and put some of the milk and chocolate mixture
Mix and place everything in the saucepan
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly for eight minutes or until slightly thickened
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl
Cover with plastic wrap well adhered to the cream to prevent skin formation
Let it cool
Step 3
Mix well and transfer to a large baking dish
Freeze for four hours
Remove and place in a processor or blender
Blend well and place back in the baking dish
Freeze for another three hours
Remove and blend again
Freeze for 40 minutes before serving
Serve with reserved crunch
