Pit and remove the mango seeds
Blend them in a blender with milk, condensed milk, whipped cream, and unflavored gelatin that should be dissolved according to the packaging instructions
Distribute the pudding in a mold or individual molds
Refrigerate until firm

Blend the mangos, water, and cornstarch in a blender
Pour the mixture into a pan, heat over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly
