4 tablespoons ice-cold water

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Sift together the flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl
Add the sugar and 1/2 cup wheat germ
Add cold butter or margarine in small pieces and cut with two knives until it forms a crumbly texture
Add ice-cold water quickly and mix carefully
Place on a floured surface and knead until smooth
If necessary, add more flour
Roll out the dough to 1 cm thickness
Sprinkle with remaining wheat germ
Roll out the dough again until it is very fine
Cut into 5 cm rounds and place in an ungreased baking dish
Bake for about 20 minutes or until ready.
