Ingredients: 34 cups of wheat flour, 1 cup of beer, 1 cup of room temperature margarine, Salt to taste, For frying: 2 cups of oil
In a bowl, mix the beer, margarine, and salt
Add in 1 cup of flour and mix well
Continue adding the remaining flour until all the liquid is absorbed
Place on a smooth surface and knead until the dough becomes homogeneous
Divide into three parts and open one with a rolling pin, leaving it 3mm thick
Cut into strips measuring 2 inches by 8 inches
Fry in hot oil, allowing to cool and dust with salt.
