2 green onions finely chopped

15 whole wheat bread slices, cut in half

Sauté the green onion in butter
Add the prosciutto and sauté for a few minutes, stirring occasionally
Beat the eggs lightly and mix with the heavy cream
Add to the prosciutto, along with the parsley and pepper sauce
Stir well without boiling and remove from heat
Spread the mixture over the bread and place in a baking dish
Bake in a hot oven for 5 minutes
Serve after 30 bruschetta
