Dough
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until a smooth batter forms
Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until the dough is even and elastic
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 15 minutes
With a rolling pin, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm
Using a cookie cutter with a diameter of 9 cm, cut out 12 circles of Puff Pastry
Place the sliced chorizo sausage in the center of each circle and fold it up like a little package
Bring a pot of water to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes
Add the stuffed puff pastry packages to the boiling water, cover, and cook until firm.
