1 packet of biological yeast
1 cup (heaping) of warm water
3/4 cup (heaping) of cornmeal
250g cooked and mashed sweet potato
1 cup (heaping) of all-purpose flour
2 cups (heaping) of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (heaping) melted butter
1 tablespoon of salt
1 packet of biological yeast
1 cup (heaping) of warm water

Combine the yeast with the water and a 1/4 cup of cornmeal
Let it rest for ten minutes
Add the sweet potato, sugar, all-purpose flour, and melted butter
Mix well
Add the remaining cornmeal and salt
Mix until a dough forms
Shape into small balls using a wooden spoon
Place them on a greased baking sheet
Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes
Heat the oven to high temperature
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the tops start to brown.
