Soak the nuts in water and bring to a boil in the oven
Let it simmer until the shell comes off
Eggs, wrap them in a cloth and rub gently until the shell separates
Heat a non-stick pan with oil and place on medium heat
Toast them until they're lightly golden
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Mix all ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass
Divide it into two parts and roll out, forming cylinders 30 cm long
Arrange them in a large baking sheet, leaving some distance between them
Let them rise to 1.5 cm height
Bake for 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and cut into slices of 1 cm width, without removing them from their place, just moving them slightly one from another
Reduce oven temperature to minimum and bake for another 20 minutes
Let it cool.
