Step 1 - Bring the water to a boil in a pan
Next, add the butter and sugar
Mix well
Step 2 - Gradually add the flour, mixing constantly until the dough detaches from the pan
Step 3 - Turn off the heat and add the eggs one at a time, beating continuously until the dough is smooth
Step 4 - Place the dough in a piping bag with a large round tip, shaped like a peach, and fry the churros in hot oil
When they're golden brown, remove them and drain on paper
Step 5 - Dust with sugar and cinnamon
Serve with dulce de leche.
