4 large egg whites
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until a mousse forms
Place large spoonfuls of the mousse onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake in a slow oven (100°C) for approximately 1 hour or until well dried
Remove from the baking sheet and let cool
Place a spoonful of whipped cream between two mousse layers.
