1 cup (stick) of hydrogenated vegetable shortening
2 cups (heavy cream) of boiling milk
4 spoons (tablespoon) of chocolate syrup
Drops of vanilla extract

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the whites
Combine everything in a blender and add condensed milk, vegetable shortening, boiling milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract
Blend well for about 3 minutes
Pour into a refrigerator and freeze until firm
Remove from freezer and blend again in the blender for another 2 minutes
Return to freezer and let it congeal completely
Variations: To give the dessert a strawberry flavor, replace the chocolate syrup with strawberry Quick
For coconut flavor, replace half of the milk with 1 bottle of coconut milk
Garnish with orange slices.
