Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture
Shape into balls with 1 tablespoon (about) of the prepared dough
Place in a greased and floured baking sheet
Gently press down on the balls with a fork (to help, dip the fork in flour)
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes, or until the base starts to brown
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
Carefully remove from the baking sheet using a spatula
Store in an airtight container
Yield: approximately 150 flatbreads.
