In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and instant coffee powder
Set aside

In another bowl, mix together the egg yolks, butter, and salt until smooth
Then add the dissolved yeast mixture and mix well
Combine the contents of both bowls, mix, and refrigerate for 2 hours

Divide the dough into four portions
On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion to a thickness of 0.5 cm using a rolling pin
Cut into slices with a cookie cutter and place on an ungreased baking sheet
Repeat with the remaining dough
Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool, then remove from the baking sheet.
