4 large grapes
1 packet of strawberry gelatin
1 envelope of unflavored and unsweetened gelatin
1 1/2 cups (chalice) of water
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Pulp from 2 large passionfruits
1/2 cup (chalice) of sugar

Pulp from 2 large passionfruits
1/2 cup (chalice) of sugar
Blend the grapes without skins in a blender
Strain and reserve
Mix the strawberry and unflavored gelatin, dissolving them in hot water
Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well
Add the blended grapes and mix delicately until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
Pour into a greased mold and refrigerate for approximately four hours
Transfer to the refrigerator and reserve
Make a syrup
In a saucepan, combine the pulp of passionfruits mixed with sugar and bring to a low heat
Let it simmer
Remove from heat and unmold the pudding onto a serving plate
Drizzle with cold passionfruit syrup and refrigerate
Serve chilled.
