Preheat the oven to 350°F
In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, condensed milk, sugar, butter, flour, cornstarch, and baking powder

Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter
Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and top with chocolate chips previously chopped

Cover with the remaining batter and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Let it cool, then remove from pan and serve.
