Melt the butter or margarine and beat well with sugar
Add the beaten eggs, milk, and melted chocolate chips
Mix well
Mix thoroughly
Sift the dry ingredients and add to the mixture before
Refrigerate for 2 hours
Roll out the dough slightly on a lightly floured surface
Cut into circles
Bake in a greased pan at moderate heat for 10 minutes
These cookies can be served plain or paired two by two with orange or raspberry jelly, or even whipped cream
