Place the flour, yeast, and butter in a bowl
Using 2 knives, mix until a crumbly texture forms
Add remaining ingredients and knead well to form a ball
Roll out the dough thinly and cut into 4 cm diameter cookies
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 45 minutes or until lightly golden
