Cream the butter or margarine with the sugar
Mix the heavy cream with the lemon juice
Beat well
Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract
Sift together the flour, yeast, salt, and baking soda
Add to the butter mixture alternatively with the cream mixture
Knead well and refrigerate for 1 hour
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into fish-shaped forms
Place in a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven, preheated, for 10-15 minutes.
