2/3 cup of cold unsalted butter or margarine
1 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons of milk
2 cups of all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
Combine the flour, salt, mustard powder, curry powder, and black pepper
Add the cold butter or margarine in small pieces, mixing with two knives to form a crumbly mixture
Add the Parmesan Cheese, beaten egg, and milk
Form a dough with these ingredients and roll it out thinly
Cut into 4 cm (1.5 inch) diameter biscuits using a cookie cutter
Bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes
Yield: 24 cheese crackers.
