Melt the butter
Add the oatmeal and mix well
Let it cool
Remove the stones from the tamari and cut into small pieces
Mix the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder
Combine the tamari and oatmeal
Mix well
Shape into small mounds using 2 spoons, on a greased baking sheet
Bake in a moderate oven (170°), preheated, for 15 to 20 minutes.
