Beat the egg yolks until they thicken
Add the grated zest and lemon juice, mix well
Add the milk slowly
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and fold into the previous mixture
Pour into a greased 1-liter baking dish
Place the dish in a cold water bath, bake at moderate temperature for about 45 minutes
There should be a layer of cake on top and a layer of glaze underneath
Serve 4 times.
