Whisk together the flour and yeast
Beat the butter or margarine with the sugar
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, and lemon zest
Mix well
Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix well
Form balls using 1 tablespoon of dough for each
Place on a baking sheet, without greasing, and flatten slightly with a spoon
Bake in a slow oven for 20 minutes.
