In a medium saucepan, heat the milk to the boiling point (when bubbles start forming around the edges)
Remove from heat and add the flour, salt, and butter
Mix until smooth and the butter has melted
In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water
In a stand mixer, beat the eggs for 2 minutes, then add 2 cups of flour, the milk mixture, and the yeast dissolved in water
Mix until a smooth batter forms
Turn off the mixer and gradually add the remaining flour, mixing with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous dough is formed
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour
Sift some flour onto a surface and knead the dough rapidly to achieve a smooth texture
With a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut into circles using a cookie cutter with a 7 cm diameter
Place a piece of chocolate in the center of each dough circle
Brush the edges with an egg white and cover with another dough circle
Close the edges tightly
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for another 30 minutes
In a small saucepan with high sides, heat about 4 cm of vegetable oil over low heat
Fry one fantasy cake at a time, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking and adding more oil if necessary
Drain on paper towels, dust with all-purpose flour, and serve warm
