In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with the butter and sugar
Blend until you get a smooth dough
Form balls about 1 cm in diameter and place on a greased baking sheet
Make a hole in the center of each ball using a toothpick
Fill a sac with goatberry cream (with a smooth, fine tip) and fill each hole
Place in a hot oven (200°C), preheated, and bake for about 20 minutes, until lightly browned
Let cool and dust with sugar
Store in an airtight container
Yields 350g.
