    In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, whole milk, and egg yolks. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Let cool. In the same pan, melt chocolate and add 1/2 cup of cold water. Remove from heat. Dip ladyfingers in this chocolate mixture and place them on top of the cream. Cover with the remaining chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the whipped cream (if using fresh whipped cream, beat until thickened). Place on top of the ladyfingers. Chill and serve. Serves 10.
