1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup (cha) of water
2 cups (cha) of strong, prepared coffee
3/4 cup (cha) of sugar
1/4 cup (cha) of chocolate liqueur
2 cups (cha) of fresh whipped cream

Combine the gelatin and water in a bowl and hydrate for five minutes
Remove from heat and whisk in the coffee and sugar
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until it reaches the consistency of raw egg white
Remove from the refrigerator and mix with the whipped cream and liqueur
Pour into cups and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
