6 tablespoons of fresh heavy cream
2 tablespoons of butter

Melt the chocolate with 1 cup of hot water and stir over low heat until smooth,
Add the heavy cream, whisking well
Finally, add the butter gradually, continuing to whisk
Fill mousse cups with whipped cream, shape into a pyramid and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
