3 3/4 cups of sifted wheat flour
1 1/3 cup of strawberry gelatin
1/3 cup of confectioner's sugar
1/3 cup of butter, softened

2 tablets of fresh biological yeast, crumbled

A medium-sized pot, bring the milk to a simmer
Remove from heat and add the sugar, salt, and butter
Let it cool and the butter soften

In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water
In a mixer, beat for 2 minutes the eggs, two cups of flour, the milk-yeast mixture, and the softened butter
Turn off the mixer and gradually add the remaining flour, mixing with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous dough forms
Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour

On a floured surface, knead quickly
The dough to make it smooth
Form balls of about 7 cm in diameter

Fry in hot oil at high heat for 1 minute
Lower the heat and let them cook internally, flipping them occasionally until golden brown on all sides
Remove and place on paper towels
Dust with confectioner's sugar
Cut each ball in half and fill with strawberry gelatin or your preferred filling.
